Broadband check showing issues for 3 days, saying speed blow

Having checked my sky service checker 3 days in a row it's showing issue alert ,speed could be better...but I can't get through to anyone to explain this

Can you post your hub stats

And run tests from your my sky app and post the info in more about your connection
