I've tried all the steps in the help section to set up my booster but the connected light never comes on, on the booster - so is neither green, amber or red. I've tried moving it right next to the hub and still no coloured light. Both WPS lights flash on hub and booster when pressed, then stop flashing after 1-2 mins, go solid then go off. I've tried resetting the booster, nothing changes.
I have no idea if it's connected or not. In my wifi newt works available skyse210 comes up now which I presume is the booster?
I'm not sure what to try next

In the end I rang sky, and after going through the whole procedures again twice over - we are presuming the box is faulty and a replacement is being sent out. When you call highlight there seems to be a fault with some boxes and this thread so you don't have to go through the full tedium I did. My friend has the same booster and hers always lights up either red, orange or green, there's almost no other explanation apart from faulty boosters

Re: Broadband booster - no connection light
@Kerryj83 if the booster has its own SSID it isnt linked. What router do you have in the picture on this page?
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Broadband booster - no connection light
The sky broadband hub. The help guide says that it will be lit up red if not linked but I'm not getting any light for the connection.

Re: Broadband booster - no connection light
I'm getting exact issue as OP has described. I have a green light for 'power' and 'wifi' yet nothing for 'connected'.
Ive moved the booster to same room as main box and reset then attempted WPS connect but nothing...
