Broadband boost no connection
I've got Sky Broadband Boost and the engineer installed a wifi booster when we moved in - but that was linked to an old router. I've since had my new Sky Hub and none of the self help articles on the website seem to help me reconnect the booster to the hub so I can get broadband across my house. Can anyone help?

Re: Broadband boost no connection
@E13YCGCould you tell us which router you had and the router you have now from the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/which-sky-hub-do-you-have-no
As the booster that you have might not work with the new router and Sky will need to send you a new one out.

Re: Broadband boost no connection
Thanks @Highlinder - I've now got a Sky Broadband Hub and used to have the Sky Q Hub by the looks of it.... the white booster I have looks the same as my old one, just white rather than black.

Re: Broadband boost no connection
@E13YCGYou will need to call Sky and ask them a replacement booster.
