Still no Internet - since about 10.30pm - means no TV as we've sky glass and pucks.

Been down for around 4 n half hours now... started with the voice light being solid Amber and the Internet light flashing green... the last half an hour or so no light on voice  but Internet flashing green with power and WiFi solid green both times...

My internet has been down since 10pm, I had business projects I had to get finished tonight ready to take into work tomorrow & I haven't been able too, your service has effected my work place & I've been a customer of yours for over 2 years now, my partner could not use the sky glass we pay over £100 a month for. I am absolutely outraged I spend so much money with you as a company a month & it's left my household distraught for business & pleasure.

My internet has been out since 10:30 p.m. and is only just come back on at 2:44 a.m. I pay over $130 a month to you and I have Sky glass and skymax fiber ultra fast and for you guys not to notify us when these problems happen is outrageous. I've been accustomed with yours for 15 years and to be treated like this is disgusting

Berkhamsted Sky's internet is down. Can get service from other providers locally.

We re without service since 10 o'clock last night, dont know whats going on or what's happen can anyone help?? Southwest/Torbay The worst thing, is trying to fill up forms to take a Head Chef agency job, i couldn't because of SKY, i want to see whos gonna support to pay my next bill , as ive just lost a job because of this joke.

Tried the advice online of rebooting the ronow uter, power cycling the router and reseting it using the button on the back, nothing has worked and is now been around 5 hours offline. Anyone had any other suggestions as to why it's not working?

There seem to be outages throughout the uk affecting openreach isp's.

My sky internet worked fine when it was ethernet, but when it came to wifi connection within my home devices, it was **bleep**! I went through everything possible to resolve this issue and was left scratching my head! what a JOKE!
