Looking at downdetector website seems all ISP are suffering same issues. Common factor? BT network?

I can’t imagine the stress you and your family are going through right now. After this debacle, I feel it's definitely time to move on from Sky and I plan to check out Virgin thanks to your description of how they treat their customers by ensuring they're kept in the loop whener there's an issue.

Broadband back in Southampton

My broadband has been down since around 10/10.30pm. Tried rebooting router - this despite all green lights are showing positive connection.

@Natalia56  my next door neighbour got Virgin too and hooked into her WiFi before all up and running for her. My sky is back up. Hope u enjoy your evening / night.
