Broadband update from sky?

I'm in ts 20 still no Internet got 3 green lights 1 orange no laptop since 22.50

I briefly saw a message saying they're aware of an outage and were working to get it fixed and apologised for the inconvenience caused but it's vanished now.

I'm in London and its been off nearly 3 hours here. Just hope it's back on by the morning!

I was a Virgin Media customer for 13 years and said I would never get Sky after hearing soo many bad things from friends and family that were with Sky. When I moved there was a deal with Sky and the company that built the houses and so I had no choice but to go with Sky for the first year. I then stayed as we only had one issue in that first year and to be fair still haven't had many issues since but the majority of our household are autistic and not being able to give them an answer as to what is happening and when it is expected to be fix has meant the whole house is awake at 1am! 24 hour service? Then why can't someone explain? The website now says not working! Yeah we know it's not working! I might sound like an ad for Virgin but when something went wrong they had updates constantly and let you know am estimated time it would be fixed. If it was a local problem you could see in the updates that the engineer was there and that reassured you and didn't make you want to check message boards and end up uncharacteristically typing a post **bleep** about having no broadband and then still being awake 1am because of it!
