Same in essex tried resetting boxes no internet coming into house - give us an estimated time frame sky - inform your customers - say something - at the very least a sorry

Funny thing is I still watch Netflix with my mobile phone which is connected to my Wi-Fi so something is going on

Mines down too...orange voice light is on..won't work after multiple resets
