Down in Bolton BL3, been down since 10 tonight. Something going on with the 02 network as well, thats been bad for nearly 2 weeks, very weak, slow 3g, hardly any 4g, and 5g isn't in my area. So hardly any data signal, and now no broadband. For someone that's virtually house bound, it's not brialliant.

Seems to be a problem with the Sky DNS servers. Can be resolved by changing the dns server address to a third party address - e.g. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google's DNS server). However, this has to be done on each device you use.

In my case using Google's DNS servers has given the connection a speed boost as well, so I'll probably continue to use them even after Sky sort their problem out!

No you haven't been cut off. Mine has been down for hours , no internet connection despite green lights on front of sky router

Full internet access is back. Restart your routers if you still don't have access.
