Mines been off for over three hours now. In Liverpool.

Absolute nonsense, no staff want to acknowledge the issue. 

There will never be any refund issued despite complaints. 

This happens regularly in my area.

I will be leaving and signing up with another internet provider.

I suggest as many as possible all do the same. 

A mass exodus! 

I hope this is read by Sky but highly doubt it 

Hope it's fixed for those of you that heavily rely on the internet

I'm sick of this. It happens every other day and the speed is woeful when it is working. I have to turn to 4g on my phone so images are visible. Pathetic return for £40 a month. First thing tomorrow I'm leaving sky. 👎🏽

Nope. Phone number gives options that all lead to an automated response which...wait for it....send you a text message to go online to get help. **bleep**, who came up with that. All relies on mobile providers Internet access which in my case worked up to the point iwhere the initial Sky Web pages came up but  not  the 'test my connection' site. Epic fail with no Sky updates using any of the supposed usual .means like their website (don't laugh) or text messages. Not impressed.
