Broadband Outage - North London

Broadband has been out since approx 2am this morning. Sky's individual test connection service (through my account) says there is a fault in our area, but the link to the service checker shows no fault in our area (North London).

I have tried to get through on the phone. Down Detector asked possible other complaints in our area with a big peak I noticed at 2am ish too, which is when our broadband dropped. No information on Sky Helps Twitter.

Does any one have an idea of what's happening and when it will be fixed?

@PatentShed We are customers like yourself so if it is part of a wider outage https://istheservicedown.co.uk/status/sky will hopefully help you. Sky sometimes update their Twitter feed as well

Looking more deeply through Sky Helps Twitter replies, I can see other people with the same issue in the area. 

Sky Helps team are still pointing people to the service tracker for updates (which is still displaying no know servicef

Whoops... No known service issue at the moment. 

If anyone gets a better update from Sky please let me know.
