Ive been having problems with my SKY connection for ages, Ive done all the 'self tests' ....where on earth can I find a telephone number to call them for help?

My sky connection is shocking lately so slow if an wen it decides to load. Done all tests an says there's no problems

The stats all said no problems.
I've done the reset on the box an it's working alot better now.

Been having problems with my Internet for a couple of months now. Thing is when it drops windows tells me but all lights remain on the hub. I have to do a windows diagnostic test for them to fix the problem. Its driving me mad!
Tonight the Internet dropped again but this time the LAN light on hub is off. I've done all the tests Sky tell you to do, I've phone and their automated service gas done a deeper investigation but can't find a problem on the line. Internet has been down for about 2 hrs now.
