Black outs

My sky q box regularly has 2 second black outs and can increase in frequency until I switch everything off and back on at the plug. It's happening more and more but has been on and off for a year! It happens on live tv and recorded and there is no pattern as to when it might just start. Can someone from Sky PLEASE comment and advise as no one picks up the phone for support,

Have you tried a different HDMI lead?
