Billing

I need to cancel my sky my bill was £19 and now it's gone up today, £32 which I can not afford, I wasn't informed it would change and would like to cancel please

It's probably because your discounts have expired. Sky inform you when this will happen when you sign up.

If your discount has ended and you don't want to cancel you could contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.
