Hi @TJGreen  if you are on WiFi then yes, if on mobile data it depends on the country you are in, if in European roaming area then yes, if outside then no.

Yes in WiFi from hotel. I'm not in Europe but my data allowance is dropping.

If you are using data then you should turn mobile data and roaming off or you could be running up a big bill @TJGreen   

 

If the WiFi drops then your mobile data will kick in and that could be expensive.
