Billing is compleatly wrong and all over the place.

I Joined Sky in December when moving house, I signed upto the £26 a month, phone broadband and tv package. 

 

Since then I have paid anywhere from £50 to over £100 a month.

 

Just to add insult to injury, I took the package through quidco expecting £100 cash back, which they wont honor, saying I didnt order any sky services. 

 

Spoken to two different people at Sky several months apart. Both promising to resolve the issue and here I am 5 months in with yet another month of Sky taking far more money out of my account than I signed upto.

 

Not getting anywhere with accounts at all, if it wasn't for the fact they owe me 5 months of overpayments I would close my account.

 

Do sky follow posts on these forums or is it strictly customer to customer?

If Quidco are not paying you then you would need to take tjis up with them if you are sure you placed your Sky order via their affiliate links.

 

Regarding your bills your post has been escalated to Sky who might be in touch over the next day or so via a blue bubble which should appear on the right handside of the page.
