Bill payment

Hi need to speak to sky. My service have been put off and I have been unable to make payment due to dealing with police about  Domestic abuse. And not having the finds or bank card to make payment as had to cancel all this

Hi @Linsey+keenan  It might be worth trying to contact our accessibility team as they are able to discuss financial issues like this.

If you check the above link it has ways of contacting them. If you try calling from a different number to the one on your account or add 141 before our number to make your number private it should allow you through.
