Hi i was just wandering is there a live chat option to talk to an advisor i cannot get through on the phone and my next month bill is a lot higher then usual so I think maybe my offers are coming to an end and I wanted to know if there are any offers available but i cannot get through to anyone and can't seem to see a live chat option ? Thank you

If you have come to the end of your contract call sky on 150 from your landline

 

Say no when asked about mobile

You will be sent an sms

Say no when asked do you want to hang up and follow the link

When asked for reason of call say something like thinking of leaving.
