Is there something going on in the background??

I was sitting in the living room with the tv off next thing it turned on then straight off and the standby light started flashing red for about 5 minutes then stopped,no software change or anything

If sky aren't doing anything behind the scenes then my tv must have picked up another bug somewhere,maybe the winter flu lol
