BT Broadband Switch and Sky Refund

Hi

Recently had ultrafast Broadband installed and sky talk all working well and very happy switched a month or so early from T and was told Sky would pay for my termination charges. How does this work in practice? and who do i speak to etc to get this credit?

PS Why dont sky have an online chat facility??

Yes, but only up to £100 (the £200 sometimes advertised is where both television and broadband is switched).
