Anyone else get super annoyed that we are paying extra for SKY Box Sets and then when you download and watch the episodes there are like 5 interruptions with adverts!! drives me mad

No, it does not bother me, I just treat them like a recording from a commercial channel and use the FF button on my remote

Same here, I have just watched The Flight Attendant as there was adverts through these episodes on boxsets but I just fast forwarded past them and didn't give them a second thought.

At the end of the day, advertisers pay a lot of money to have their adverts on. So they want you to see them. The practice at the moment seems to be (Flight Attendant is a good example) that some ad breaks show 2 or 3 ads, but some just show the sponsor (pizza?) ad,, so you start the FF and the show's back on before you know it. So next time you leave it and end up watching 2 adverts.

But, no, I can't say it particularly bothers me.

I agree the adverts are a giant pain.Box Sets should be free of them.

A cynic might observe that the increase in advertising appears to have coincided with Box Sets becoming 'free' in Signature...
