Authorising permission to speak to non account holder

How can I get Sky to talk to my husband regarding our account as he isn't the account holder. I've tried ringing and can't get through.

@Rocky+boy afraid you will either have to persevere in trying to call sky to give permission or you could write to them saying you give permission for them to talk to him 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Rocky+boy Once authorised he'll be able to act on your behalf for everything except cancelling part or all of your subscription.

Apparently the lines are sometimes quieter just after 7am or mid evening so may be worth trying then. Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.
