An engineer visited this morning to install the satellite dish - can't get a signal, so now have to revisit what the options are. I have been calling any number that I can find but the call is disconnected when I get to the password step - doesn't matter which number it happens on each one. Personally I would prefer a chat option as just don't want to spend time making call after call to no avail.
Anyone else having issues today (Oct 19)?

An alternative, if there are signal issues, might be Sky Glass which is delivered via broadband rather than a satellite dish: https://www.sky.com/glass
