My contract is coming to an end.I can not afford the increase.Iam a pensioner.l have been with you for 15. Years I don't end my subscription

@jimmyone1 Your talking to fellow customers here and not directly to sky

if you want to negotiate a new minimum term for a lower price you will need to phone sky directly

There are a few ways to contact Sky including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

So select "Yes I still need help".
