Apologies if this has been discussed before, Along with my wife and two children we all have iPhones with sky sims under the one account (two 11's, an SE and an 8). For no apparent reason when either phoning each other, other numbers or people phoning us our phones connect but nothing is heard and we have to hang up and dial again.
I've spoken to sky re this and they can't offer a solution, despite running tests with the service provider etc. This is a common occurance and is very frustrating! Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I'm at the point of giving up!!
