All 4 Sky WiFi and Android App

Hi, since getting Sky broadband neither myself or my wife's phones, both android, will load the All 4 app, we just get a "network error" message in the app, but if we switch to 4g the app loads. I've checked the security settings and it's not keyword blocked. Any ideas?

Does it work with Sky Shield disabled?

I've disabled it now and it's still not working, but I'll try again later incase there's a lag.

No unfortunately not, but thanks for the suggestion.

I'd try a factory reset of the router
