I've tried on both pc and phone but cannot avoid the endless sign ins and unhelpful pages. It's taken up over 90 minutes and still no luck.
Phone help announces an hour waiting time, do does anyone know exactly how to access the spend cap and alter it's value?

Your link took me to a sign in page. After successfully signing in, a page appeared advertising loads of phones, and scrolling down revealed FAQs and check my coverage or activate my sim.
I've seen this page so many times over the past two days and it doesn't help locating the spend cap function.
Any better links?

Yep, been there a dozen times, there's a link partway down the page which takes you to the Sky.com/spendcap page which is full of phones for sale and FAQs etc etc, but no spend cap help.

I've been to this page so many times, and it shows adverts for phone handsets, a coverage checker, and an activation facilty for a SIM card, and a link for FAQs (I've checked them and there is no help there).
Nothing anywhere in that page about Spend Cap so it appears to be a dead or useless link.
A lady from Sky phoned me after my second letter to customer help. Her heavy foreign accent made her almost impossible to understand. She couldn't understand me either, so we spent ages repeating sentences to each other before I had to give up out of pure frustration.

The link fails because although the whole link appears in the URL bar when selected, it disappears shortly after and then re-sets itself to
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile
Which is the irrelevant page that has been driving me mad for so long!
So the link for the spend cap is impossible to reach. I don't have access to My Account even though I have logged in.
