Hi, I've just noticed on my account that my broadband super fast was cancelled which I did not do and that my next months bill is £100? I can physically not afford that and this was not my mistake anyway so I'd like it sorted please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Charg1212 You will have to call customer support to enquire what has caused the cancellation, we are just fellow customers here.
