I've been told that you will take my old Sky box for recycling and credit me £20. How do I go about this?

You can only do this @NMCarroll if you have received an email from Sky about it as Sky want only certain models of box to be returned. Otherwise you can recycle it as per the link about but you don't get anything in return for this.
