wrong phone number used for my security

When I log in I am sent a code to my wifes phone (which I did use a year ago)

However I reverted to my phone number but SKY wont accept the change & keeps using my wifes number.

I have updated my prefrences to my number & when I check my prefrences it's the correct number (my phone number)

How do I get this sorted?

To set up two step authentication you need to login with the recovery code you were advised take a note of when setting it up then you can change the mobile number and then the text will be sent to the correct mobile number.
