why is my bill show high it is £247.00 for the 15 of nov for and why

@julie167 What does your bill show on the breakdown? As customers we can;'t see your bills, however you can.

Have you viewed the breakdown of the bill and seen where the difference is by clicking on the blue arrow alongside any unusual amount.

Yes I have done that and it to much till next month Dec go back down to the £123.50 on the 15 th dec

That doesn't really tell us much. Does the bill cover more than a month? Look at the dates in the breakdown of the charges.

If you missed that bill then it appears that you didn't need to manually pay it as Sky added to this bill, it should tell you that on that £73.50 bill or even this one that a balance has been carried forward so do you see this ?

I paid it on the 15th of oct and now it is saying I have to paid 247.00 to sky q and I do not have much
