what's wrong with sky

I buy Google Pixel Buds Pro 2, Hazel for 6Pounds each month,

 
they send me not new Google Pixel Buds Pro 2, they was used before from a guy named Stephens  Google Pixel Buds Pro, i saw that when i connect to my pgone...
 
Than i send after 5 days back, they confirm they get back, but charge me this month and for next month i see also again 6Pounds ?
Whats wrong here ?

When did you send them back as it can take up to 3 weeks to be processed during which time you will be charged for them before being credited back for any overcharge.

Probably nothing.

 

It takes around 3-4 weeks for returns to be processed and your billing will continue as normal.  Of course, any 'overpayments' will become a credit on your account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

they confirm for 10 days they received... i send back 5 days after i get it, and 4 days later they confirm they have it back

That's a question for Sky, not other customers.

 

I would guess it was a return that wasn't checked properly before sending.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
