unable to log in past Post Code

am trying to log into the My Sky app to view my Father account entering his details , when it asks for the postcode, it states "An error occurred, please check the details or try again later".

 

The same thing occurs when trying to access My Sky online. The postcode is correct.

 

It has works but know I have added an order I cannot access the account.

Have you tried entering the postcode in upper case lettering ?
