tv and broadband package

We signed up for a new contract with sky for broadband and tv. I've noticed sky took another payment out of my account today. I just checked my account and realised there are 2 seperate accounts for broadband and tv. I signed up for a package. Why am I getting money taking out of my account 2 times. Its supposed to be a package that I've signed up. If I wanted to deal with two seperate accounts I would've gone into 2 different companies whoever offer the best service.

@Meanwhile1  Which TV service did you sign up for? was it Stream and Broadband?

If so they will be separate accounts although you will still have the deal you signed up for.

The deal you agreed would also be sent to you by email.  So does this show the total monthly payments you should be making for both?

Yes I've signed up for steam and broadband. I was never told that it would be 2 seperate accounts and 2 seperate payments at different dates. I am not happy with that!

@Meanwhile1  You can amend the payment dates once 1st payment has been taken.  Simply login to your account and change the payment date of the relevant service.
