too high a bill

I made an 18-month subscription with you on March 20, 2024, £30.50 and now I'm playing £37 and I paid £34.50 instead of £30.50. I have your registration, I'll leave you the picture.

@achim

No idea what you're referring to there. The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services.

Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK) or when your discounts have ended (or a combination of the two).

Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price.

Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Sky contracts are rarely fixed price.  As per the contract you agreed the price can (and does) increase.

If you look at your future bill you'll find it will increase further in August as your agreed discounts expire.

If you are saying you paid £34.50 for a £37 bill then you'll find your services may be restricted soon.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
