Where are the humans

I cancelled my subscription and returned all equipment but am continually getting demands and now threats for unpaid fees I did manage to speak to an advisors a week or so ago who said it was Skys mistake that the TV package wasnt turned off and I didn't owe anything But they won't leave me alone and I can't speak to anyone despite many attempts I just get asked to set up a payment system

If Sky believe you owe them money then you won't be able to (easily) speak to anyone unless you pay the outstanding amount.

 

Of course, we've no idea if the amount claimed is actually owed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
