I sent all my bills from my old provider and proofe of payment, they said they dont except posted mail only pdf. told them I am 80 and dont know what do do, told find a freind on family member to help.

I would suggest speaking to your old provider about how you can obtain a pdf copy of your final bill. Check your paper copy first, though, to make sure that the termination charges are clearly specified as such. If they're not, Sky will simply reject your claim so there would therefore be no point in proceeding with it.
