suspended message pop up

Hi 

I have phoned Sky twice on this but to no avail and not able to help fix - the staff whilst helpful are unable to advise me.  My account has been up to date for 3 months and message still showing everytime I open My Sky.  Any help will be much appreciatedScreenshot 2023-03-03 102008.jpg
