suspended account

my account has been suspended.  I have cleared the balance and need to set up a recurring payment but everytime I try to do this I get told something has gone wrong please try again later.  I cant get through to anyone to help me and Sky virtual assistant is no help at all.

Or put browser into incognito private mode

If the Above two suggestions dont work then you should still be able to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
