sky vip concert tickets

Hi, can anyone help, 

Over the past 2 days i've had several discussions with sky (email and phone) to help and still no further forward. 

We have won 2 concert tickets for this friday and in the booking section on the sky vip app it has a link for ticketmaster that doesn't work. After my last 55 minute phone call with sky they have now decided it is not their problem and that i should contact ticket master for help! (who do not have a contact number)

Sky has a team that deals with all ticketing issue like this but they can only be connected via email so you will need to contact them via this address - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
