sky market place

I want to cancel paramount + that I'm subscribing to through sky market place but i dont know how.

For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.

I want to cancel Paramount + too but its impossible! Has anyone done this ?

Sky Mkt took payment by debit card.

Then we realised we can get it free so need to cancel. I see many people are having problems 😕 

Sky says I have to get in touch with Paramount but I didnt know password and they never send link to renew it!!

Can I cancel with bank??
