hi i would like to speak to an agent. it says my sky hub 4.2 is on its way but i need to find out what time it is coming as its not letting me find out

By all means contact Sky, but I doubt they'll have that information. It depends on the courier's/postal schedule.

These are usually sent out via Roysl Mail and when I had a new hub earlier in the year they sent me an email with a three hour delivery time slot.

If it's coming via Royal Mail you should be able to track its progress on the day of delivery. You shouldn't need to be in but it's always wise to be in if you can as postie's think of strange places to leave the parcel (left in a customers wheelie bin on bin day for example).
