Hi, I hope someone can help me.
I have moved to an area which does not have Sky Broadband, so I have closed my Sky account - although I am still a Sky Mobile customer.
I have a credit of £63.15 on my TV / Broadband account and I assumed that this would be repaid on the date my direct debit leaves my account.
However it is still showing on my account as a credit and it says that the credit will be held towards my next bill. There won't be another bill!
Is there any way of obtaining a refund without ringing Sky? I find it so stressful to ring them, invariably I get someone who doesn't understand my question or who sends me around in circles.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for clarifying @June+Punk
Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.
We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for anotherweek.
You will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.
Alternatively post back on here next week and we can see if the escalation process is available.

You have said above that the area isn't served by Sky Broadband, but state you have an account for TV / Broadband. Have you cancelled your Sky TV subscription as well as the broadband/ Sky Talk?

Re: I need a credit refund
Yes, my TV was out of contract anyway so I cancelled both the TV and the Broadband.
I now only have a Sky Mobile account.
