sky fail to call me

sky send me on  message on 21/06/25 say ing will call me on 22/06/25 at been10amand 11am fall to call me from sky problem still the  same with sky glass just a poor custmor service

@caesarome I think it's more of a complaint about Sky failing to ring as promised. That's just poor customer service if a call is promised and then doesn't happen.

i agree they should ring when they say they will but as they clearly haven't then the obvious answer is to call Sky themself.

why should i be chase sky and the end i ring them i am not happy with is sky steam service the new still have problem with it there would ring on 1/07/25 i not holding much hope there will ring me i total not happy with sky steam is morning have to reboot the sytem twice

You're the one with the problem you seem to want fixed ASAP. Why would you wait for Sky to contact you?

You are only shouting (full capitals) and swearing at fellow customers on here. I agree Sky should call you if they've promised to but if they don't you will have to contact them.

@ern118118 What's the problem you're having with your Stream? It might be something we can offer advice about.
