services restricted

My services have been restricted due to no payment. There was an issue with my bank. 

 

on the app it states the balance is just under £85, which is fine. exactly what i have in my bank. I then go to pay and it is asking for over £100, i do not have that money. 

 

I need my service to be reinstated, due to work. 

I can pay the £85 which is what has been requested initially, but I can not contact anybody for them to explain exactly why my bill is higher than it originally states, and to try work out if I can get my services back up and running. 

 

This is so frustrating! 

Without the internet, I am unable to plan my lessons for next week.
