No instruction found to terminate contract as scheduled

Hi I am leaving UK next year and my current contact should end in Feb 2025. I consider I need make prior notice to end my contract but I cannot see any instruction what to do. Chat assistant is very useless to answer my question. Please support me. Thanks.

What services do you have as you need to give 31 days notice to cancel Sky TV and 14 days for Broadband and Talk.

Thanks VM, since my service is Sky TV, 31 days prior notice is understood. But the next issue is no instruction is found on Sky site which contact I should make notification. Could you please tell me phone numer that I can call for this matter? Thanks.

If it's TV then you cannot cancel during the minimum term unless Sky agree to it.

 

If you are looking to cancel before the end of your minimum term then they may allow you to cancel but would have to pay early termination charges: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-ending-your-sky-contract-early-t1

 

Note your contract does automatically end.  (Only discounts disappear)

 

When you return your equipment ensure to keep proof of posting.

When the time comes you can you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
