Why do I first receive a message notifying me and thanking me for sending it, and then I receive another message in which they say that they will charge me money for not returning it.

Are you saying you sent your Sky hub back but they are saying you haven't, if so do you have the proof of posting ?

I'm trying to learn English. Now I’m writing through a translator, I’ve solved the problem. I thought the router that I sent to Sky disappeared on the way, I received a letter about this. And they want to take money for it
