hi I spoke to sky advisor & been told refund of sky broadband will be reflected in next month bill why am I being charged 60 quid as I gave a notice period 31st may

Billing continues right up to the day you leave so if you gave 14 days notice to leave then did you get an conformation that the request had been acted upon as they usually do send you an email so did you receive this because if you didn't then your account might not have been cancelled so have you called and asked them about this ?
