refund
hi I have recently cancelled my sky broadband and TV. the bill states I have a credit but this will go to my next payment. I will not have another payment so how will the refund be credited back to me?

It can takes many weeks to get the credit refunded back to you so to speed this up I would suggest either calling or using one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in contact with Sky support about this.
