Trying to give Sky Money but they won't take it

Hi,

 

I'm trying to set up a new phone contract, device and sim.

 

I can't do it as I have too many credit agreements (4 - iphone x1, watch x2, air pods x1). 

 

I thought it was max 5 but seems I am stuck on 4.

 

I tried to call 150, but, with respect, it's absolute chaos in the background, coupled with the language barrier, it's just too stressful. And whilst we didn't get anywhere, I was then offered lots of random loyalty discounts shouted at me which I couldn't possibly take in - is this is a good way to do business?

I then went away and thought, how about I try and pay off my air pods early and free up an agreement slot. But the website link gives a 404 error.

 

So I can't speak to anyone, can't write to anyone, can't pay anything off early, can't buy a new phone haha. 

It's 2025 and this is how we roll? I just want to get my daughter a phone for Christmas, linked to my account?

It is 5 devices and 7 sims that you can have but no idea where the watch and air pods coming into this.

 

You will have to speak to someone to pay off any of these items so try again on a different day is pretty much all you can do.

Absolute nightmare to do anything or speak to anyone, ive never known a company like it! I too am trying to pay off a mobile device and keep getting the error page. Try and speak on chat, the bot sends me here!

To pay off a device it is always advisable to call Sky on 150 and when you do stay silent when asked any questions by the bot. When you get through make sure whoever you speak to understands that you want to make a payment against the device.
