refund

Hi. I need to resolve this issue and I need my money back as soon as possible. I was talking one of your  sky staff regarding a refund on my account. They promise that i will get a refund within 3-5 working days but its been nearly 3 weeks now and nothing happen. Another thing, I check my account online and I have another future bill of the same amount. It's been 4 months now that I am no longer with sky. Its very prostrating and acceptable. Please sky staff I need a response ASAP.

Although you are not talking to Sky directly on here to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Refund

Hi i need my refund as soon as possible. Its been a month now and this is my 3rd time i follow this issue. Please can you sort this out.

I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer helps customer forum. I've merged your post into your previous thread on this subject. Did you engage in the chat with Sky that was arranged for you, and if you did what was the outcome?

No i don't have an access already on the previous private chat. When the promise that i will get my refund again by 3-5 working days since then nothing has happened. I need to get access again if someone help me regarding this matter and i want to address this one again any of the sky staff. This is my 3rd time. What kind of company is this? Its annoying....

The question was "did you engage in the previous chat invite?" which you still haven't answered. That was as per post 3 of this thread.

You could either respond to the invitation, if it hasn't expired, or give Sky amother call. We customers here cannot do more.

Please can you help me, i need to chat with sky staff. I dont have access or invitation for a private chat. This is regarding for the refund. Its been more than 1 month now.  Its annoying and the second chat they always says 3-5 working days.  Where is it now and its already more than a month.

I have alerted Sky for you so when they contact you via the chat bubble you do need to respond because if you don't all you can do is to call Sky.
